Microwaves

Operation

Microwave treatment is a physical technology for surface and heart action of exposed substances.

This technology is based on emission of an electromagnetic field within a secure enclosure. The molecules present will then gradually absorb the waves and their agitation will allow a rise in temperature.

The efficiency of this technology is based on the heating of matter and on microporation phenomena of the walls of micro-organisms.

Examples of applications

Banning care waste

Treatment of contaminated waste allowing them to follow the traditional domestic waste chain.

Extraction of essential oils

Recovery of molecules of interest present in plant materials.

Disinfection of organic substrate

Elimination of pathogenic microorganisms that may compromise the development of substrate crops.
