Operation
Infra-Red technology acts by heating thanks to radiation from wavelengths above 800 nm. Unlike microwaves, the increase in temperature is achieved by the transmission of near and near energy: from the outside to the inside of the target/matter to be treated.
Treatment will be determined by a time-temperature pair corresponding to the eradication of the microorganisms present.
